Represent the Voice of the Customer and promote the strict respect and deployment of Quality Standards within the plant. Lead and manage the Quality department of the plant.

Description

Represents the customer within the plant and acts accordingly;

Represents the plant Quality management in front of customers and third parties and presents improvement plans;

Being responsible for the management of complains, for both customers and suppliers. Ensures that complains are managed in due time by using QRQC and that 8D reports are robust and regularly updated in the system;

Follows and monitors warranty claims to increase customer satisfaction and reduce warranty cost;

Propose and monitor plans to reduce plant non-Quality costs (scraps, reworks, Quality Walls…);

Supports all activities to ensure successful launches, product transfers and other industrialization projects;

Ensures Capitalization and Transversalization and shares Best Practices;

Contributes to the definition of the Plant Quality objectives, monitors the progress and implements corrective action/improvement plan in case of deviation;

Manages the Quality department (budget, recruitment, allocation of resources, personnel development, ..);

Identifies Quality training needs for the Quality team of the plant and for other functions. Provides training related to Quality;

Ensures correct and on- time reporting in the system and perform related data analysis.

Profile

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering;

5 years of experience in a similar working environment in Quality;

Experience working in an industrial environment;

Knowledge of raw materials and related production process;

Knowledge of industry technology and related manufacturing processes (preference);

Develop and update PFMEAs and Control Plans, as necessary;

Quality management system (IATF 16949, ISO 9001);

Hands on profile with teamwork experience;

Fluent level of English is mandatory.
