Your day to day

• Assist customers with hotel reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Provide support during ongoing stays (e.g., overbooking, booking errors).
• Manage customer complaints in a proactive and friendly way.
• Update booking records and customer data in the system.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience for Expedia users.

Your profile

• You speak German at a native level and have a good command of English.
• You are a problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
• You are organized, empathetic, and ready to relocate to Portugal.
• Experience in customer support is a plus, but not mandatory — full training is provided!
