German Customer Service Representative - Remote in Portugal

Are you fluent in German and looking for a remote opportunity in Portugal?
Join an international team where you'll support customers through phone, email and chat, helping them with account, billing, service and technical enquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide support to German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
- Assist with account, billing and service-related enquiries.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and find effective solutions.
- Guide customers through products and platform features.
- Escalate complex cases when needed.
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience in every interaction.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent German and English (minimum C2) .
- Previous experience in Customer Support or a Contact Centre is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
- Customer-oriented, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: €920
- Language Allowance: €500
- Fixed Bonus: €150
- Performance Bonus: up to €360
- Assiduity Allowance: €110
- Flex Work Allowance: €60
- Multiskill bonus: €150
- Meal Allowance: €10.20 per working day
