The role
A Customer Service Representative (French) role with a confidential international mobility provider focused on reservation support, customer service and rental enquiries within the car rental industry. Model: On-site Location: Porto, Portugal Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, 07:00–18:00 rotational shifts, weekends off In short: Customer Service + Car Rental + Reservation Support + Upselling
Day to day that means A Customer Service Representative (French) role with a confidential international mobility provider focused on reservation support, customer service and rental enquiries within the car rental industry. What you need
- Available for rotational shifts
- Good computer skills Customer-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Native or fluent French (C2) English B2
Living in Portugal
Low living costs, 300-plus days of sun, and big international communities in Lisbon and Porto.
