CBTalents is looking for a French- and English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in the beautiful city of Porto.
If you enjoy helping people, finding solutions, and creating positive customer experiences, this could be your next opportunity.
Your day-to-day
- Support customers in French and English.
- Respond to enquiries and help customers find the right solutions.
- Handle customer requests professionally and efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive experience throughout every customer interaction.
What we're looking for
- Fluent French and good English communication skills.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A customer-focused attitude, patience, and strong communication skills.
Your opportunity in Porto
- On-site position in Porto, Portugal.
- Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00, with weekends off.
- Relocation support for eligible candidates moving to Portugal from abroad, including shared accommodation for up to 12 months. Flights are not included.
- Food allowance provided.
