Customer Service Representative

Description

A Customer Service Representative supports users by answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring a smooth experience with client's products. You will be the friendly voice and helping hand for customers, guiding them with patience and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and efficient customer support for ByteDance GEC CS users.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with accuracy and empathy.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Maintain high standards of communication and service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements and performance targets.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, on rotating shifts.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates must not have previously worked for ByteDance in any capacity (LOB, BPO, or country).
• Reliability, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Sunday, 07:00–23:00 (rotating shifts)
• Two rotating days off per week

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary
