Customer Service Representative – ByteDance GEC Project
Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday
- Current shifts: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- 2 rotating days off per week
- Please note: The schedule may transition to a 24/7 rotating shift pattern in the future, subject to client requirements.
About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the ByteDance GEC project.
In this role, you'll provide professional customer support, assist users with their inquiries, and deliver an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
Salary & Benefits
- Attendance bonus: €100 per month (paid over 11 months )
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues while providing excellent service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet quality and performance standards.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Important Information
- Candidates must not have previously worked on any ByteDance project , regardless of the business line, outsourcing partner, or country.
- Candidates should be available to work the required rotating schedule.
