What You'll do:

-  Develop creative concepts, communication materials and engaging content across multiple channels.

-  Design and implement sales engagement initiatives, incentive campaigns and commercial activation programs.

- Create communication materials for briefings, meetings, presentations, events and internal initiatives.

- Plan, coordinate and support events and activation activities, ensuring successful execution.

- Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers and external partners from briefing through delivery.

- Coordinate the production of graphic, digital and multimedia materials, ensuring quality and brand consistency.

- Publish and distribute content through internal communication channels.

- Monitor projects end-to-end, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met.

- Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives aligned with business objectives.

- Contribute to strengthening brand awareness and commercial team engagement.

Who You Are:

-  Degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in Brand & Communication, Marketing, Communications or similar roles.

- Creative, dynamic, organized and results-oriented professional.

- Strong communication skills with a keen eye for branding, visual identity and content creation.

- Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proactive, autonomous and execution-focused mindset.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

-Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.

- Experience with graphic design, content creation and multimedia editing tools.

- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

-Passionate about creating engaging communication initiatives and impactful brand experiences.
