About the Role:
As a Customer Specialist for a car-related project, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries related to vehicles, services, accounts, orders, subscriptions, and general support requests. Through phone, email, chat, and digital platforms, you will help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience while representing a globally recognized automotive brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional support through phone, email, chat, and digital channels
- Assist customers with vehicle-related questions, services, and account inquiries
- Manage requests related to orders, appointments, subscriptions, and payments
- Explain products, services, and company policies clearly and accurately
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Escalate technical or complex cases to the appropriate internal teams
- Accurately document customer interactions and case updates in internal systems
- Stay informed about automotive products, services, and industry developments
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Danish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
