Role Overview:
As a Customer Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their devices, accounts, subscriptions, and technical concerns. Through phone, email, chat, and social media channels, you will provide personalized support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every customer interaction reflects a high standard of care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
- Assist customers with account management, password resets, billing inquiries, subscriptions, and service-related questions
- Troubleshoot device, software, and account-related issues while providing clear and effective solutions
- Guide customers through product features, settings, and best practices to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain a professional, customer-centric approach while handling inquiries and resolving concerns
- Accurately document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within internal systems
- Collaborate with specialized support teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
- Contribute to continuous service improvement by sharing customer feedback and process enhancement ideas
- Stay up to date with product updates, new features, and support procedures through ongoing training and development
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
