A Noesis procura o seguinte perfil para integrar a sua área Legal:
Principais Tarefas e Responsabilidades:
* Análise de contratos comerciais, emissão de pareceres e avaliação de compliance, privacidade e sustentabilidade das empresas do Grupo;
* Elaboração de contratos, NDAs, ou outros instrumentos jurídicos;
* Prestar apoio geral em diversas questões corporate das diferentes entidades Internacionais;
* Monitorizar o cumprimento dos requisitos normativos aplicáveis ao Grupo Empresarial;
* Gerir a documentação e os registos jurídicos, assegurando a sua exatidão, atualização e fácil acesso;
* Colaborar com equipas multifuncionais, incluindo Finanças, Security e advogados externos
Requisitos Obrigatórios:
* Licenciatura/Mestrado com foco em RGPD/Privacidade ou em Direito aplicado à Tecnologia;
* Experiência superior a 3 anos em funções similares;
* Background em empresas tecnológicas;
* Experiência consolidada em RGPD e Privacidade;
* Conhecimentos sólidos em Direito comercial, Privacidade/Security e auditoria, direito da tecnologia;
* Será valorizada formação adicional ligada a AI;
* Inglês fluente, falado e escrito;
* Forte capacidade de pesquisa/estudo e noções de estratégia comercial;
* Mindset analítico;
* Dinamismo, pensamento rápido e capacidade de resolução de problemas
Localização: Lisboa, Híbrido
