Principais responsabilidades
- Preparação e revisão de contratos com clientes e fornecedores;
- Gestão de documentos societários;
- Suporte ao Departamento de RH em temas laborais;
- Implementação das políticas internas e do Grupo e suporte aos temas de Compliance.
Perfil desejado
- Licenciatura em Direito por Universidade Portuguesa (especialização em Direito e inscrição na Ordem dos Advogados (estágio concluído);
- Entre 1 a 2 anos de experiência pós-agregação;
- Experiência comprovada em análise e elaboração de contratos;
- Conhecimentos sólidos de Societário e Laboral;
- Fluência em inglês falado e escrito (fator eliminatório);
