Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative About the job Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative Location: Lisbon, Portugal Type: Full-time, On-site Contract: 6-month fixed-term (CDD) Start Date: January 30, 2025 About the Role Were seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Lisbon. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while providing exceptional customer support. Schedule Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts) Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM 2 rotational days off per week Compensation Performance bonus: 120 (12 months) Health insurance Additional benefits package Key Requirements Native or fluent Dutch speaker (mandatory) Good command of English Ability to work in shifts Problem-solving mindset Main Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels Provide solutions to customer issues Maintain high service quality standards Document all customer interactions Meet performance targets Work collaboratively in a team environment We Offer Modern office environment Team activities Relocation assistance (if applicable) Required Experience Customer service experience preferred Previous contact center experience is a plus Experience with CRM systems beneficial Required Education High school diploma or equivalent Additional customer service certifications are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
