Logistics Technician - 6+ months - hybrid - Portugal

We are hiring a Logistics Technician to join a global Agriculture & Food Processing client.
This role will support logistics operations during an ERP implementation project, ensuring smooth shipping processes, supplier coordination, and daily logistics administration activities.
Requirements:
- Training or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
- Experience in transportation management and export operations is advantageous.
- Understanding of shipping, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Experience supporting supplier communication and relationship management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics administration activities.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, planning, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily shipping processes, including EU and export operations.
- Support supplier communication and relationship management activities.
- Collect and organise daily shop floor logistics records.
- Execute daily logistics activities within the ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Support the logistics team during the ERP implementation project.
