Key Responsibilities

As part of the customer support team, you will assist customers in Italian and English , ensuring that enquiries are handled with professionalism, accuracy, and understanding.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver customer support in Italian and English .
• Assist customers with questions and concerns related to the supported products and services.
• Communicate information in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and understand their individual needs.
• Provide relevant guidance and support throughout customer interactions.
• Handle and manage significant amounts of information accurately.
• Organize and prioritize customer cases effectively.
• Approach challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
• Maintain an empathetic, helpful, and solution-focused attitude.
• Support customers across multiple markets when required.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken Italian .
• C1 level English proficiency.
• Ability to support more than one market when necessary.
• Previous experience in healthcare or technical support is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of diabetes or medical devices is beneficial.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to retain and manage large amounts of information.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage stressful situations effectively.
• Professional approach when handling disputes or emergency situations.
• Strong active listening skills and empathy when assisting customers.

Working Conditions

• On-site position in Porto, Portugal .
• Rotational schedule from Monday to Sunday .
• Support operation covering a 24/7 schedule .
• Two rotational days off per week.
• Occasional night shifts between 22:00 and 07:00 may be required.
• Candidates should be comfortable with a rotational working schedule.
• No relocation support available .
