Italian & English Customer Service Representative | Portugal

We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join an international team in Portugal. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support while ensuring an excellent customer experience across multiple communication channels.

This opportunity is open to candidates who are currently based in Portugal (Porto is highly preferred) and are eligible to work in Portugal.

What You Will Do

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate and professional customer support
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when required
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Deliver a high standard of customer service

Requirements

• Italian Language communication skills required (C1 level or above)
• Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
• Must be currently located in Portugal (Porto preferred)
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit/work authorization
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
