Nous recrutons actuellement pour une entreprise de télécommunications de renom, basée à Porto, qui recherche des Conseillers Clientèle francophones pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique et en pleine croissance.
Ce que tu feras :
- Répondre aux appels entrants et aux demandes digitales des clients.
- Accueillir, conseiller et proposer des solutions personnalisées sur des sujets tels que les abonnements, la facturation et l'assistance technique.
- Partager et vivre au quotidien la culture de l'entreprise avec ton équipe.
Ce que nous recherchons :
- Langue : Français niveau C2.
- Localisation : Résidence à moins de 30 km du bureau de Porto (poste en présentiel).
- Compétences : Bonne communication, esprit de résolution de problèmes et attitude positive.
Salaire et Avantages :
- Salaire de base : 1 020€ brut/mois (versé x14 mois).
- Ticket repas : 9,60€ net par jour travaillé (environ 211€ nets par mois).
- Prime de performance : 100€ fixe les 3 premiers mois, puis selon performance (versée x12 mois).
- Prime qualité : jusqu'à 150€ bruts par mois.
- Contrat permanent après 3 mois.
Autres avantages :
- Assurance santé privée et assurance vie (après 4 mois).
- Remboursement des transports en commun jusqu'à 40€/mois.
