IT Support Specialist

Overview We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. This role is focused on end-user support and day-to-day IT operations in the office environment, with some exposure to global ticket handling and operational improvements. Key responsibilities Desk-side troubleshooting for Windows devices and Microsoft 365. Support for peripherals, printers, and meeting room/AV equipment (e.g. Logitech Rally Bar). Onboarding & offboarding (local) Prepare, issue, and collect IT equipment. Ensure proper return processes and basic verification of returned devices. IT asset management Maintain inventory in Jira Asset Management. Keep IT storage areas organized. Apply and verify device labeling and status classification (e.g. "to be issued", "to be disposed"). Work closely with Administration and Facilities teams on office-related topics. Support workspace readiness, office moves/changes, and AV setups. Global ticket support (secondary) Support small operational improvements and internal IT initiatives. Assist with coordination of hardware purchases and deliveries. Support logistics and vendor communication (scope may expand over time). Required experience & skills 2–3+ years of experience in a similar role (IT Support / Desktop Support / Workplace Support), preferably in a corporate environment. Strong hands-on experience with Windows endpoints and Microsoft 365. Basic understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID and Intune / MDM at a support level (with ability to escalate advanced admin tasks). Experience working with ticketing and asset management tools (Jira, Jira Assets). Good, communicative English (spoken and written) for global collaboration. Proactive, independent, and well-organized working style. Strong service mindset and ability to work directly with end users.
