IT Administrator – File Transfer Specialist

This is your mission

Are you passionate about secure file transfers and infrastructure administration? Then this position is for you. As an IT Administrator – File Transfer, you will be responsible for managing secure file transfer solutions, supporting business-critical data exchanges, and ensuring the reliability of the file transfer infrastructure.

Build side:
• Gather technical requirements for new file transfer setups and data exchange flows
• Participate in change requests for connectivity updates
• Coordinate and execute testing of new file transfer configurations
• Launch and follow up on connectivity initiatives
• Configure secure file transfer solutions with a high level of accuracy
• Identify improvements to file transfer processes, security, and efficiency
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of file transfer maps and configurations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external administrators on connectivity projects

Run side:
• Provide Level 3 support for file transfer incidents and connectivity issues
• Manage and maintain Axway CFT and Axway SecureTransport environments
• Monitor scheduled, real-time, and batch file transfer processes
• Troubleshoot connectivity and handshake issues with external system administrators
• Document known issues and provide guidance to first-line support teams
• Ensure the availability and stability of the file transfer infrastructure

You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
You have experience managing secure file transfer solutions and supporting production environments.
You are detail-oriented and comfortable working with sensitive business data.
