As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day delivery of Cyber Security and Data services, acting as the key operational link between internal stakeholders, external service providers, and technical teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the effective delivery and performance of Cyber and Data services against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Managing relationships with managed service providers and technology partners.
- Leading Major Incident management activities, coordinating stakeholders through resolution and recovery.
- Supporting Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Request processes.
- Monitoring service performance, trends, risks, and customer experience through operational reporting and dashboards.
- Supporting service transitions, operational readiness, and continual service improvement initiatives.
- Coordinating governance, compliance, audit, disaster recovery, and operational resilience activities where required.
- Identifying opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and service enhancement.
- Previous experience in Service Delivery, IT Operations, IT Service Management, or a similar function.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
- Experience managing suppliers, managed service providers, or outsourced service delivery models.
- Proven ability to coordinate Major Incidents, escalations, and service performance activities.
- Strong analytical skills with experience producing service reports, dashboards, and KPI reviews.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences.
- Ability to work effectively within complex global environments and matrix organisations.
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management experience.
- Experience with Cyber Security services, Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Data Platforms, or regulated environments would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks would be beneficial.
