We are looking for energetic problem-solvers to join our awesome inbound support team!As a Technical Customer Advisor, you will be the friendly face (and voice) behind the screen, guiding customers through technical adventures and sharing your genuine passion for tech.What Your Day Looks Like:Connect & Converse: Deliver top-tier inbound support for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email.Save the Day: Tackle pre-sales questions, general inquiries, and technical roadblocks with ease.Team Up: Collaborate with fellow technicians to close out tickets smoothly, keeping our internal English-language ticketing system spotless.Handle the Heat: Masterfully navigate customer escalations and document the process like a pro.Be the Brand: Uphold our company values and keep our reputation shining bright.
Requirements
Language Pros: Native-level Dutch (C2) and fluent English.Experience: Background in customer or technical support is a big plus!Superpowers: Endless patience, a proactive, self-motivated drive, and a great team spirit.Trustworthy: Absolute discretion when handling sensitive data and personal information.Availability: Ready to dive into a 24/7 shift rotation and relocate to Portugal to start on September 22nd.
