Through clear written communication, you'll assist customers, resolve concerns, and help maintain a dependable, user-friendly platform. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy structured processes, prioritize customer satisfaction, and want to grow in a tech-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers via chat and email, ensuring responses are accurate, professional, and empathetic Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve concerns or escalate cases appropriately Consistently meet performance expectations, including quality metrics and service-level agreements (SLAs) Stay informed about product updates, platform improvements, and industry best practices through ongoing training Maintain a customer-centric mindset, providing clear and effective solutions.
