Role Overview:
As a Travel Customer Support for the Travel Project, you will assist customers at every stage of their journey. From managing bookings and itinerary changes to answering travel-related questions and resolving service requests, you will ensure every customer receives reliable support and a smooth travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, chat, and other digital communication channels.
- Assist customers with travel bookings, reservation changes, cancellations, and general travel-related requests.
- Provide clear and accurate information about flights, accommodation, transportation options, travel policies, and related services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company procedures to manage cases effectively, escalating complex situations when necessary.
- Record customer interactions and case resolutions accurately using internal systems.
- Handle complaints professionally, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a solution-focused mindset.
- Stay informed about travel products, company policies, and industry developments through ongoing training.
- Work closely with internal departments and travel partners to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Meet established quality standards, productivity targets, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Share feedback and improvement ideas to help optimize processes, customer experiences, and overall service quality.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
