Dutch-Speaking Customer Operations Specialist — Lisbon, Portugal
Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Operations Specialist for an international customer support team in Lisbon.
This opportunity is suitable for someone who enjoys helping customers, organising information, and ensuring that requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
Your responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Assist with order-related questions and shipment coordination.
- Help manage customer documentation and relevant information.
- Follow established procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Candidate profile
- Fluent Dutch and good communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- A professional and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage information accurately.
- Previous customer service or operations experience is an advantage.
Mandatory requirements
- You must already be legally authorised to work in Portugal.
- You must currently live in Lisbon, Portugal.
