Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned project, you will provide customer support within areas such as customer service, tourism, multimedia, or technical support .

Your responsibilities may include:

• Provide professional customer support in Dutch and English .
• Respond to customer questions, requests, and concerns.
• Provide clear and accurate information.
• Assist customers in finding appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
• Follow the procedures and service standards of the assigned project.
• Communicate effectively with customers through the required support channels.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and project teams.
• Adapt to different customer needs and project requirements.
• Maintain a high standard of service throughout every interaction.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch proficiency.
• Good English communication skills.
• Minimum age of 18 years .
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit in Portugal.
• Minimum education of the 9th grade ; some projects may require completion of the 12th grade.
• Genuine interest in working and living in Lisbon, Portugal .
• Interest in customer service or call-centre positions.
• Availability for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week .
• Flexibility to work different schedules and possible shift rotations.
• Willingness to live and work in Portugal for at least six months .
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.

Working Conditions

• Position based in Lisbon, Portugal .
• Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week / 160 hours per month .
• Flexible working hours depending on the assigned project.
• Possible rotational shifts.
• Project-specific working conditions may vary.
• Accommodation available for eligible candidates living 100 km or more from Lisbon .
• Company apartments are located in the greater Lisbon area, with commuting times of up to approximately one hour by public transport.
• Apartments are furnished and equipped with kitchen and living room facilities, including Wi-Fi and cable TV.
• Usually 4–6 employees share an apartment , with each employee having their own room.

Relocation & Welcome Support

Moving to Portugal is made easier with dedicated support throughout the relocation process.

• Teleperformance can arrange the flight to Portugal, or candidates may book their own flight and receive reimbursement according to the communicated conditions.
• Airport pick-up is provided upon arrival.
• Support is available for immigration registration, social security, tax registration, and opening a Portuguese bank account.
• A Welcome Support Team assists employees from their first day.
• Eligible employees can access company accommodation in the Lisbon area.
• After successfully integrating and working with the company for 12 months, an annual return flight home within the EU is offered.
