Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist , you will be one of the main points of contact for customers, assisting them with a wide range of questions, requests, and concerns. You will provide accurate information, find effective solutions, and ensure every customer receives a smooth, professional, and positive support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Handle customer inquiries related to accounts, products, services, orders, and general requests.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and solution-oriented assistance.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, and services by providing clear and easy-to-follow information.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, actions taken, and case resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or exceptional cases to the appropriate teams according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and within the required timeframe.
• Meet established KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, procedures, and best practices through ongoing training and development.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
