We are looking for sophisticated, detail-oriented professionals to act as the ultimate point of contact for our JNcQUOI Guests and Club Members, curating extraordinary moments both within and beyond our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Personalized Excellence: Deliver a bespoke, high-touch Concierge service of the highest standard for JNcQUOI guests and Club Members.
• Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison for all requests, reservations, recommendations, and exclusive experiences inside and outside the JNcQUOI universe.
• Anticipate & Surprise: Proactively foresee the needs and preferences of our guests and Members, crafting memorable and highly customized experiences.
• Lifestyle & Luxury Coordination: Seamlessly manage bookings for fine dining, events, cultural activities, exclusive experiences, transfers, tours, private aviation, lifestyle or other services.
• Complex Request Management: Handle intricate and special requests with absolute discretion, utmost professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain a robust network of premium partners to fulfill diverse guest and Member desires.
• Service Tracking: Ensure the accurate logging, active follow-up, and resolution of all requests, feedback, and opportunities.
• Profile Management: Keep guest and Member profiles meticulously updated, ensuring relevant data is captured and utilized to hyper-personalize service delivery.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Reservations, Guest Relations, Butler, Housekeeping, F&B, and Customer Service teams to guarantee a seamless, integrated journey.
• Administrative Control: Perform daily quality control and validation of delivered services, billing, and system entries according to company standards.
• Standards & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards levels of discretion, professionalism, and service excellence, while adhering to company policies and data privacy requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the growth of the department by suggesting innovative experiences, valuable partners, and elevated member benefits.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the JNcQUOI brand with elegance, discretion, polish, and excellence in every interaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Degree or background in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar Concierge or guest-facing role within luxury hospitality.
• Language Skills: Fluent communication skills in both Portuguese and English (additional languages are a strong plus).
• Attention to Detail: Impeccable eye for detail with a perfectionist approach to service delivery.
• Passion for Luxury: A genuine enthusiasm for the luxury sector and an obsession with guest satisfaction.
• Flexible Working Pattern:  Availability to work rotating shifts between 9:00 AM and 11:30 PM  Working schedules are planned with flexibility in mind, adapting to guest needs and operational priorities while ensuring a positive work-life balance for the team.
