About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global customer experience company for an Italian & English Customer Service Specialist based on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, managing requests, and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely support to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage and document customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Native or high fluency in Italian , alongside strong English communication skills (B2+).
- Work Model: Readiness to work On-site in Lisbon, Portugal .
- Working Hours: Availability to work rotational shifts Monday to Friday (between 07:30 AM and 08:00 PM) .
- Schedule: Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday).
- Soft Skills: Excellent active listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
