O nosso cliente é uma consultora reputada que está a elevar a sua aposta na transição climática. Procuramos um Senior Carbon Manager para liderar e expandir a prática de Carbono até se tornar uma Business Unit de referência. Com o apoio de uma estratégia clara e clientes de topo, o seu foco será a liderança de equipas, o desenvolvimento de novas ofertas e a garantia da excelência na entrega técnica em projetos de descarbonização.
Localização: Porto ou Lisboa (Modelo Híbrido)
Responsabilidades
- Definir o roadmap de crescimento da Business Unit de Carbono;
- Liderar e mobilizar uma equipa e recrutar/formar novos elementos;
- Garantir o rigor em inventários de GEE, declarações ambientais de produto e projetos complexos;
- Identificar oportunidades em clientes atuais e novos, inovando na oferta de serviços de carbono;
- Liderar projetos complexos com clientes de grande dimensão e complexidade organizacional;
- Articular com equipas multidisciplinares e representar a empresa em fóruns técnicos.
Competências
- Formação relevante (Engenharia, Ambiente, Sustentabilidade, Gestão ou similar);
- Experiência sólida em carbono e consultoria;
- Experiência em liderança de equipas e gestão de projetos;
- Capacidade de construir áreas novas, inovar e gerir situações complexas;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação, empatia, pensamento estratégico e orientação para resultados.
