Job Opportunity: Turkish & English Customer Service Specialist – AI Content Evaluation Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
Schedule: Full-time, 24/7 rotative shifts (5 working days, 2 rotative days off per week)

Key Responsibilities
- AI Content Evaluation: Review and evaluate structured text, datasets, and AI-generated content to ensure optimal quality, accuracy, and safety.
- Guideline Application: Consistently interpret and apply complex guidelines and policies across various tasks.
- Performance & Precision: Maintain high accuracy standards while meeting productivity targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Requirements
- Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in Turkish with strong written communication, plus working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- AI & QA Interest: A solid understanding of Generative AI and LLMs, or a background in AI annotation/evaluation, Quality Assurance (QA), or Trust & Safety is highly desirable.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, and sharp attention to detail.
Salary & Compensation
- Base Salary: €920 gross/month (paid 14 times per year)
- Food Allowance: €7.63 per working day
- Relocation Package: Comprehensive relocation support provided for candidates moving to Lisbon!
