Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional, timely, and empathetic customer support to Italian-speaking clients across all transportation-related enquiries, including bookings, shipments, routes, and schedules
• Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the highest standard of service within the transportation industry
• Assist customers with tracking shipments, resolving delivery delays, and coordinating with logistics and transport teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian language skills — both spoken and written — are essential for this role; all customer communications will be conducted in Italian
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment eligibility)
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the transportation, logistics, freight, or travel industry, is highly advantageous
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and solution-focused in high-pressure situations
• Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM platforms, and standard office software; the ability to learn new transport management systems quickly is a plus
