DECSKILL operates in 3 main areas: DECSKILL TALENT , through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams; DECSKILL BOOST , through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed; DECSKILL CONNECT , through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures. Our practice results in the creation of value for our customers, either by delivering qualified and value-added services, or through highly qualified and motivated professionals, as well as technology solutions that allow us to operate and transform the business of our customers. Senior C#/.Net Software Engineer Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy new features/enhancements in .NET Core/.NET Framework. Proactively influence and improve software design decisions, contributing to functional and technical excellence. Hands‐on with NuGet package creation/consumption and dependencies. Optimize performance of distributed cache and SQL databases; profile queries and tune the data layer. Implement observability (OpenTelemetry, OpenSearch) and ensure secure, high‐quality code through reviews and automated testing. Provide third‐line technical support for production incidents when needed. Requirements Experience with C#. Experience with SQL Experience with .Net Core\Framework Experience with OpenTelemetry, OpenSearch and prometheus. Experience with Jira, Bitbucket, Ansible Tower, Jenkins or TeamCity. Colaborative mindset. Proactivity. Critical Thinking and Analitichal skills. Openness to evolve. Fluency in English .
