Head of Business Control

Zeren is partnering with an international, PE-backed software business to hire a Head of Business Control (FP&A). This role will lead business control (FP&A) for a carve-out business, covering three entities across Portugal, Spain and Poland. This is a hands-on leadership role, reporting into the group's central Business Control function, for someone equally comfortable setting direction and getting into the detail. You'll join at an important time for the finance function, helping shape how business control operates across the three markets. What you'll do Lead a team of eight across Portugal, Spain and Poland Own monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting across the business's three entities, turning the numbers into clear, decision‐ready insight for the CEO and leadership team Lead SaaS KPI and metrics reporting Consolidate financial performance across the three markets into a single, reliable view Partner with sales, operations and marketing, providing the data and insight leadership needs to make decisions Work closely with the group's central Business Control function to ensure consistent, accurate reporting What we're looking for Experience in FP&A/Business Control within a SaaS, software or recurring‐revenue business Experience operating in an international, multi‐country business A track record in fast‐paced, high‐change environments Proven people management experience, having led a team previously Strong command of forecasting, budgeting and consolidation across multiple entities and countries A hands‐on approach, comfortable building models and producing outputs personally A resilient, positive and emotionally intelligent leadership style #J-18808-Ljbffr
