We are looking for a visionary and business-oriented leader to define and execute the strategy for our Home Devices domain within the Media Lab. This role will be responsible for growing the Home Devices ecosystem, expanding market presence, developing new services and partnerships, and building a high-performing team across Broadband, TV, Connected Home, IoT, Automation and AI-driven engineering services. The position combines strategic leadership, client engagement, technology vision and people management. Based on the Media Lab capabilities, the role spans broadband gateways, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, OTT, IoT devices, automation frameworks, benchmarking and ecosystem validation services.

YOUR ROLE

• Define and drive the Home Devices strategy, roadmap and growth plans.
• Lead the development of a comprehensive ecosystem covering Broadband, Wi-Fi, TV, IoT, Smart Home and connected consumer devices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to telecom operators, device manufacturers and technology partners.
• Drive business development, support strategic client opportunities and contribute to market positioning and thought leadership.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships across the Home Devices ecosystem.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering and testing teams, fostering innovation, collaboration and delivery excellence.
• Drive innovation in automation, AI-driven testing, benchmarking and user experience validation leveraging Media Lab assets and capabilities.

YOUR PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience in telecommunications, broadband, TV, connected home or consumer devices.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams, capabilities and business growth.
• Strong knowledge of Home Gateways, Wi-Fi, Mesh solutions, OTT/TV platforms, IoT and Smart Home technologies.
• Experience working with telecom operators, OEMs, chipset vendors or technology partners.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management and business development skills.
• Ability to define strategy while remaining close to technology and delivery execution.
• Familiarity with industry ecosystems such as RDK, prpl, Broadband Forum or similar is a strong advantage.
• Passion for innovation, ecosystem building and developing high-performing teams.
