Ukrainian Speaking Customer Advisor (on-site)

This is a strictly on-site role, and applicants must be based in Lisbon (or using our relocation support to move there). Within this role, you will stand as a primary point of contact for members of a leading global social media platform, ensuring the community remains safe, well-assisted, and tightly connected.

Key Responsibilities

• User Assistance: Deliver top-tier, empathetic help to Ukrainian-speaking users through email and live chat channels, navigating concerns related to account access, security configurations, and unique platform features.
• Technical Support: Seamlessly troubleshoot software bugs and account-related bottlenecks to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted user experience for everyone.
• Community Safety: Guide users through complex platform policies, actively contributing to the enforcement and preservation of high safety standards across the digital network.
• Service Excellence: Handle user inquiries with remarkable efficiency and genuine compassion while consistently hitting high-quality service metrics.

Candidate Profile

• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native mastery of Ukrainian is required, alongside working English proficiency (at least B2 level) for seamless internal collaboration and training.
• Work Authorization: Must be based in Lisbon (or utilizing relocation), holding valid EU Citizenship, an official Portuguese Residency Card ( Título de Residência ), or recognized Refugee Status.
• Experience: Prior customer support experience is nice to have but not mandatory; we equip you for success with comprehensive, fully paid initial training.
• Flexibility: Enthusiastic about adapting to a lively, dynamic environment that features structured rotating work hours.

Compensation & Schedule

• Gross Salary: A reliable gross salary of €1,237 per month , distributed evenly across 12 monthly payments.
• Hours: A stable 40-hour work week operating on a 5-days-on, 2-days-off schedule.
• Shift Breakdown: Predictable 8-hour daily shifts featuring a comfortable 1-hour meal break.
• Work Window: Flexible rotating schedules running Monday through Sunday during the broader service window of 07:00 to 00:00.
