Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, professional support to Norwegian-speaking customers via primary communication channels. Troubleshoot inquiries efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every user. Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on unresolved cases with a customer-first mindset. Collaborate with team leads and international colleagues to continuously elevate service standards. Requirements Language: Native-level or fluent (C1/C2) proficiency in Norwegian language, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Location: Must be a local candidate already residing in or around the Lisbon metropolitan area. Schedule: Full availability to work a fixed daytime schedule (08:00 - 17:00). Skills: Exceptional active listening, empathy, and a natural ability to connect with people. Legality: Possession of valid Portuguese working rights (NIF, NISS, or residency card/EU citizenship) for an immediate start.
