Now we're building the surf brand we want to follow. At SRFACE, we make uncompromising wetsuits: high-end, fairly priced, and sold direct-to-consumer. Since launching in 2018, we've grown rapidly across Europe with thousands of loyal customers and one clear goal: to become the world's leading surf brand. We've built a product surfers trust, a brand they believe in, and a growing community of over 50 ambassadors and affiliate partners, including some of Europe's top surfers and creators. Now, we're looking for a Creative Producer who can turn strong ideas into sharp, culture-driven productions. You don't just manage logistics. You think creatively. You understand how to translate brand vision into lean, high-impact shoots that feel authentic and current. This is your chance to collaborate with a fast-growing international surf brand and help shape the campaigns that define our next chapter. What you'll do As our freelance Creative Producer, you'll lead productions from early concept to final delivery. You will: Translate creative concepts into clear production plans and realistic budgets Produce fashion, surf or lean commercial shoots with small, agile crews Scout locations, talent and collaborators that align with our brand Build and manage timelines from pre‐production to wrap Balance creative ambition with budget discipline Contribute creatively to storytelling, casting and visual direction Ensure every production feels native to today's social media landscape Leverage your network of photographers, filmmakers, stylists and crew Collaborate closely with founders, creatives and editors to ensure strong output across all formats Optional but a big plus: knowledge of surf culture, European surf locations and trusted crews within the scene. What we're looking for You have proven experience producing fashion, surf or lean commercial shoots You're comfortable working with smaller budgets and agile crews You think creatively, not just operationally You understand how content lives across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube You're native to the contemporary social media landscape You bring a network of trusted collaborators, not just execution skills You can move from big‐picture thinking to detailed production planning You're organised, proactive and calm under pressure Bonus points if you have knowledge of surf culture and key surf locations within Europe and beyond.
