KOFAX Developer

This is your mission

Are you passionate about digital document processing and workflow automation? Then this position is for you.

As a KOFAX Developer , you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting KOFAX-based document processing and archiving solutions in a high-volume production environment.

Your missions

• Design and develop document processing and archiving workflows using KOFAX TotalAgility

• Implement corrective and evolutionary maintenance to meet business requirements

• Develop and enhance activity reporting and dashboards using KOFAX Insight

• Model and optimize structured documents to improve RAD / LAD recognition rates

• Analyze functional needs, estimate workloads, and contribute to technical design

• Support application testing, validation, and user acceptance activities

Your missions

• Monitor the daily health of KOFAX publishing, document management, and workflow applications

• Perform morning checks and apply recurring reprocessing procedures

• Analyze and resolve production incidents related to KOFAX applications

• Provide functional and technical support to end users

• Validate application behavior during software and infrastructure upgrades

• Communicate incident resolution progress to stakeholders and IT support teams

• Coordinate with external IT operations providers for incidents and change requests

• Produce daily operational and activity reporting for business teams

This is your background

You have proven experience in KOFAX development and application maintenance , ideally in environments handling large volumes of digital documents. You are comfortable working across both build and run activities in an Agile setup.
