We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic and collaborative Salesforce delivery team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and evolution of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions that support multiple business areas and strategic initiatives. As a Senior Developer, you will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, QA specialists, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions while driving technical excellence and best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of custom applications on the Salesforce platform. Architect and implement complex Salesforce solutions based on business requirements. Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams of developers, architects, and analysts. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutions. Define and promote best practices for Salesforce development, integration, and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations. Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions. Develop and execute unit and integration tests. Create and maintain technical documentation. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform. Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware. Solid understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and data modeling. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience leading development teams and providing technical guidance. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Nice to Have Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect. Experience working in Agile environments.
