What will you do?

• Provide consulting and support for the introduction and optimization of innovative global processes and applications within Salesforce Service & Field Service Cloud.
• Conduct requirements analysis, design, and implement tailor-made Salesforce solutions based on best practices, including conceptualization and customizing.
• Develop and monitor the existing and constantly expanding Salesforce environment (Service, Field Service, Sales, B2B Commerce).
• Assume technical and functional ownership of Salesforce development, with a focus on custom applications, automations, and interface APIs.
• Offer expertise on technological challenges related to Salesforce and associated topics, such as mobile applications and web portals.
• Maintain close collaboration with business stakeholders and project managers in national and international projects.
• Continuously develop Salesforce knowledge and participate in relevant events.

What are we looking for?

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a similar field. IT specialists with relevant professional experience in Salesforce are also welcome.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Salesforce, ideally 4-5 years.
• Hands-on experience in building and operating Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service solutions.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Flows, as well as in the configuration of complex Salesforce environments.
• IT affinity and comprehensive know-how in Software as a Service (SaaS), databases, and CRM.
• Good analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and team spirit.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher is required); German language skills are a plus.
• Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued; 
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
