We're looking for a BI Data Scientist to join a strategic Transaction Banking environment, focusing on building data-driven insights and improving product revenue performance across the business. What you'll do: Develop analytical dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) to monitor revenues Build and refine revenue estimation models Analyze data from multiple sources (Finance, Data Hub, operational systems) Perform deviation analysis (Forecast vs Actual) and detect anomalies Deliver insights to support business decision-making Act as a liaison between Business, Finance, Operations, and Data teams Drive the transition from manual Excel reporting to automated solutions What we're looking for: 4–6 years of experience in Data Analysis / Data Engineering Strong skills in SQL, Power BI or Tableau Experience with Dataiku or Alteryx (plus) Knowledge of financial products / performance management Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights Experience in Agile environments What we value Strong communication and stakeholder management Curiosity and problem-solving mindset Ability to work cross-functionally in international teams We believe we are the ones to, by: Providing a multidisciplinary Team.
