Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist , you will be the first point of contact for users, assisting them via phone, email, and live chat. You will help customers navigate the e-health platform, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure they receive a smooth and positive experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and empathetic customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other available channels.
• Assist users with questions related to their accounts, platform features, services, and general requests.
• Help customers navigate the e-health platform and provide clear, easy-to-follow guidance.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, actions taken, and case resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams in accordance with established procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and within the required timeframe.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, productivity, service quality, and resolution rates.
• Keep up to date with the platform's features, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training and development.

Requirements: 

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
• Eligibility:   EU citizenship or a valid  Portuguese residency card
• Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or a related role is a plus
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Mindset: Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment
