We are looking for a French-Speaking Credit Customer Advisor to join a dynamic customer service team in Braga. You will assist customers with questions about existing credit agreements and financing for new projects, providing personalised support and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone regarding existing credit agreements and new financing requests.
• Analyse each customer's needs, expectations, and individual circumstances.
• Personalise interactions and provide clear, reassuring, and appropriate solutions.
• Present suitable financing options based on the customer's needs.
• Build lasting, high-quality relationships with customers.
• Handle both incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Identify and develop relevant commercial opportunities during customer interactions.
• Manage assigned customer files accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all applicable procedures, security requirements, and internal guidelines.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Fluent French, both written and spoken.
• Currently residing in Portugal, specifically in Braga or the surrounding area.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and personalise interactions.
• Confident and reassuring telephone manner.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify suitable opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional approach with a high level of integrity.
• Availability to work on-site in Braga.
• Availability for rotational shifts, including Saturdays.

Working Conditions

• On-site position in Braga, Portugal.
• Monday-to-Friday rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00.
• Saturday shifts between 08:00 and 15:00.
• Two days off per week: Sunday and one rotational day.
• Six-month contract.
• No relocation support available.
