About the Role
We are looking for an Italian & English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers of a leading digital financial services brand, resolving queries via chat, phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries, aiming for first-contact resolution
- Own cases end to end, including complex ones
- Support fraud checks, disputes and complaints
- Assist vulnerable customers and escalate when needed
Requirements
- Native-level Italian
- Fluent English
- Customer support or banking experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and decision-making skill
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon
