R2R Team Leader

Overview Lead a team of accounting experts, managing issues, analyzing errors, and driving process improvements while ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP. Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, actively listening to their needs and managing complex operational issues, while sharing best practices across teams. Serve as the go-to contact for accounting issues, guiding the team in resolving challenges and spearheading finance transformation projects for enhanced efficiency. Collaborate with S/4 Hana and oversee month-end activities in Smartclose (Blackline), handle Fixed Assets tasks, perform account reconciliations with Blackline, and maintain General Ledger accuracy. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, champion finance transformation projects, and help standardize and automate processes across the organization. Oversee internal controls and participate in internal and external audits by delivering timely information and resolving auditor queries. Drive the implementation and documentation of new processes and procedures to move the organization forward. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in General Ledger, Closing & Reporting Accounting & Finance Operations Minimum 3 years of experience in team leadership Extensive knowledge of accounting (General Ledger or related) 5+ years in SAP-FI Open and communicative in nature with fluent English skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
