About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about technology and interested in working with one of the leading companies in the artificial intelligence industry?
We are looking for an English-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team supporting users of a leading AI research and deployment company.
You will assist both consumers and business users of an advanced AI platform, helping them solve account, billing, product, and technical-related issues while delivering an excellent customer experience.
What You Will Do
- Support customers via multiple channels
- Assist with billing, account access, and product-related issues
- Troubleshoot problems and guide users on the platform
- Deliver clear and timely solutions while meeting quality standards
What We Are Looking For
- C1–C2 English
- Previous experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Helpdesk, Customer Success, or similar
- Comfortable with technology and digital platforms
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Available for rotating day shifts between 07:00 and 22:00
- Based in Lisbon and legally authorized to work in Portugal
Salary & Benefits
- Total monthly gross package: approximately €1,320.67
- Variable performance bonus: up to €200/month
- 22 days of annual leave
