Key Responsibilities – Turkish Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads, Lisbon)

• Plan, set up, and optimise Google Ads campaigns for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring maximum performance across Search, Display, Mobile, and Video channels.
• Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and manage bidding strategies to drive cost-efficient, high-impact campaigns tailored to Turkish-speaking markets.
• Monitor account and campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and deliver actionable insights and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Utilise Google Ads optimisation solutions to support client goals and improve return on investment (ROI).
• Proactively identify trends, growth opportunities, and optimisation strategies within client accounts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Google Ads product updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Collaborate with internal departments and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless campaign management and resolve client queries efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of departmental procedures and ensure policy compliance at all times.

Required Qualifications – Google Ads Specialist (Turkish language, Lisbon)

• Native or fluent proficiency in Turkish, with strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
• 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on Google Ads campaign management.
• Background in B2B environments and confidence using digital marketing applications (Google Ads, AdWords, Analytics, etc.).
• Google Ads Search Certification or similar qualifications will be considered an advantage.
