Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist , you'll be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat. You'll provide timely, professional assistance, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure every customer receives a smooth and satisfying support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer support through phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle customer inquiries, account-related requests, and concerns while meeting established service standards.
• Provide accurate information, practical guidance, and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Record customer interactions, actions, and case resolutions accurately within internal support systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate teams following company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
• Meet key performance indicators related to service quality, productivity, response times, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements: 

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
• Eligibility:   EU citizenship or a valid  Portuguese residency card
• Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or a related role
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Mindset: Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment
