A typical day

You'll spend most of it on provide after-sales and technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, assist users with repair inquiries and troubleshooting, including guidance on product use, handle complaints professionally and empathetically, ensuring a high-quality experience, collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product and service processes, collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and performance goals, and maintain professionalism and provide timely solutions to customer issues.

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with fluent, french (C1/C2) and good command of English 1 year experience in BPO or Tech Support, strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-oriented, empathetic, and solution-focused, comfortable handling technical issues and guiding customers effectively, previous experience in customer support or technical support is a plus, and ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
