AI Literacy & Copilot Consultant - Remote (M/F/D)

Your new role:
• Develop persona-based training content focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and user enablement
• Create practical Microsoft 365 Copilot exercises, demonstrations, and real-world business scenarios
• Design prompt libraries, templates, and best-practice guidance to improve user productivity
• Build business-specific use cases tailored to different functions and user profiles
• Support training delivery, workshops, and knowledge-transfer sessions
• Collaborate with learning designers to transform content into engaging digital learning assets
• Help drive AI literacy and user adoption initiatives across the organization
What You Need to Succeed:
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or AI productivity solutions
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot and its capabilities across the Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience creating AI literacy, training, or user enablement content
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and prompt optimization techniques
• Experience developing business use cases and productivity scenarios
• Experience designing and delivering training materials, workshops, or learning programs
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical and user-friendly guidance
• Strong content creation, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience supporting change management and user adoption initiatives
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, trainers, and learning teams
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft 365, or Artificial Intelligence
• Experience with instructional design and digital learning platforms
• Knowledge of change management and adoption frameworks
• Experience creating role-based training journeys and learning paths
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and responsible AI principles
• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement experience
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on improving user productivity and adoption outcomes
• Creativity and passion for helping users embrace AI-powered ways of working
